Thank you Ron for bringing it
to the attention of the commissioners that we needed to remind
homeowners if they work in the right of way they need to make sure their
homeowners policy will cover any liability issues.
An addition to the minutes is
below, text in red. This revision and the rest of the draft minutes
will be voted to approve at the next meeting.
- Discussion on how nice it is when residents clear their right of way. Josh suggested Stu remind Rolling Stone to not mow over areas maintained by land owners. A reminder to residents that they should check with their insurance to make sure any accidents during or as the result of their clearing would be covered by their policy. Borough liability insurance would not cover any homeowner who was accused of such an issue.
